EDGE PRODUCTION

In 2015, we launched a new Belgian veneer edge production line. We are one of the few companies in the world where we produce assembled veneer and edges from the same veneer (same bundle, trunk, batch, or supplier), which ensures the same or similarity of texture and color of surfaces and edges of furniture.

Currently, the annual production capacity of edges in two-shift operation is around 150,000 m2.

Like seedlings, the edges are made of all known tree species. Veneers are connected either by an irregular finger joint or butt, in the case of fixed lengths. The first product is the so-called Jumbo rolls, from which the edges are further produced according to requirements – with glue, fleece, layered or for gluing folds and door frames in various widths and thicknesses.

Veneer edges are standardly supplied in rolls from 50 – 150 bm or according to the customer’s wishes.

Edge widths are from 15 to 300 mm.
